the Client.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Client information is held within our accounting software and is accessible by our Accountant, however we can confirm that our Accountant and the Accounting Software organisation would not process our client data in any way. We hold privacy notices for both organisations. To comply with our legal HMRC obligations, client personal data is retained as part of our accounting records for six years. All data is destroyed in the seventh year.
